  • 175 ml low fat yoghurt
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 5 tbs. muesli
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 tbs. lemon zest
  • 2 tbs. Hero blueberry jam

This combination of dairy, fresh fruit, seeds , grains and tasty jam gives you everything you need to kick-start your day or get some energy during the day. Not to forget that these little blue powerhouses are packed with antioxidants. They are the perfect healthy boost!

1. Grate the lemon peel using a fine grater. Place the yoghurt, muesli and blueberries in a bowl. Add the Hero blueberry jam and sprinkle chia seeds on top. 

2. Ad the lemon zest as the finishing touch to a super breakfast or snack! 

There are endless variations possible. Try it wit soy yoghurt, cocoa, nuts, linseed, passion fruit or bananas.
